Summary:
To engage in face to face, phone, and electronic sales by utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills in order to meet or exceed sales and margin goals.
Customer Service
- Acknowledge, greet and assist customers in a timely and professional manner
- Handle telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Identify the needs and provide the appropriate level of assistance to the customer
- Effectively research and resolve customer complaints and conflicts
Sales Expectations
- Understand the marketplace
- Know product features
- Work to meet prospect customers’ needs
- Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales
- Effective closing technique
- Quote follow up - quote to order conversion
- Share expertise with others
Sales and Margin
- Meet and or exceed individual sales goals
