Shift(s):
- Saturday 9:00pm-9:00am
- Sunday 9:00pm-7:00am
Our new Front desk receptionist is responsible for performing office activities including but not limited to:
- Front line responder to incoming phone calls
- Welcomes and assists all guests
- Payroll data entry and processing
- Manages incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail
- Tracks and processes billing related documents
- Personnel record assistance, including filing and tracking required documents
- Office and medical supply inventory and ordering
- Coordinating service of business machines
- Preparing for meetings
- Performs word documents, faxing and coping tasks
- Compiles weekly reports for tracking and compliance purposes
- Helps with preparation orientation materials and assists with on-boarding new team members.
Key skills:
- Maintains confidentiality of patient information
- Communicates effectively on the telephone with patients, families and staff
- Excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel
- 1 year experience in office position or equivalent
