You will work in a supportive environment and assist our team in providing exceptional patient experience. You will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and families. This job is currently work from home / remote.

Responsibilities:

• Extend friendly and welcoming greetings as a Front Desk Receptionist/Coordinator
• Schedule patients for new/returning/follow-up appointments
• Educate patients on providers, the practice, and services
• Respond to patient questions and inquiries
• Manage large call volumes
• Fulfill responsibilities as assigned by management

Required Skills:

• Minimum one-two years experience in a clinical office setting required
• Prior Psychiatric office experience is preferred but, not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
