Timms Harley-Davidson of Augusta is looking to add a part time Front Desk Receptionist to our winning team!

The perfect candidate is outgoing, has a positive attitude and loves working with people.

The main role of the receptionist is to serve as the first impression of our dealership by greeting customers, answering the telephone, transferring calls, and taking messages. Assists management team with miscellaneous data entry. Cashiers customers when needed. Acts as the center point of information regarding the dealership

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1) Customer Service

• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.
• Greet everyone immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or forwarding calls.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a neat, well organized work area.
• Proficient computer skills
• Availability to work weekends is required. Dealership is closed Sundays & Mondays.
