Our dynamic, fast growing Real Estate Investment Company in Morris/Essex county New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering and fielding telephone calls
• Greeting visitors
• Opening and sorting mail
• Filing and organizing various documents
• Other duties such as general clerical work but not limited to filing and copying.

Skills:

• Professional communication skills (telephone, interpersonal, written, and verbal, etc)
• Ability to work as a team player
• Competence to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
• Self-motivated, proactive, detailed oriented and a team player
• Demonstrate dependability through good attendance

Must be proficient in the following skills:

• Microsoft Office: WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
