This administrative position offers full-time work Monday- Friday 8-5 pm with 100% paid medical and life insurance.

As an Office Admin / Customer Service Representative, you play a vital part in our company being able to operate smoothly. As the face and voice of our company, you have the opportunity to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. You are friendly and professional as you answer calls, schedule appointments, and sell contracts. Listening carefully and offering personalized solutions allows you to easily create a great rapport with people. In addition to assisting customers, you perform other administrative duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Quickbooks and Outlook
