We are looking for a dynamic and super friendly Front Desk Agent to assist customers with questions and inquiries. You will be responsible for answering the phone and greeting customers walking into our business. You should have excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. As a Front Desk Agent, we expect you to be able to manage all types of customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for answering all questions related to the organization’s products and services and ensure a smooth transaction process. Ultimately, you will be accountable for setting an upbeat tone for our company and ensuring all interactions are pleasant for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests as they arrive at our property.
• Take calls, screen and route to appropriate person/department.
• Providing guests with items requested as well as sharing information about the local area.
• Maintaining a well-stocked and clean front desk and back-office area.
• Organize work orders and distribution of supplies, materials, stationery to different departments.
• Informing guests of hotel policies to ensure safety while providing excellent guest service.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the department supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
