Our front desk staff has a sense of purpose that makes a difference in every clients’ day, in every visit, while inspiring others to do the same.
Our Essential Functions (duties/responsibilities) for our front desk staff:
- Ensuring the delivery of Epic Services to our clients. Every time, every visit
- Assist in attaining store sales goals by meeting set personal goals
- Adhere to performance expectations with great regard to customer service and company’s policies and culture.
- Make sure that appearance of center is clean and sanitary.
- Assist in managing appointment schedule effectively.
- Report and/or Resolve customer complaints and staff issues in a timely and respectful manner.
- Manage and oversee cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures
Additional Requirements:
-Must have reliable transportation
-Salon software knowledge a plus
-This position is Full Time
-Availability must include evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Potential schedule....
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 11:30 -8pm
Thursday: 12 noon - 8pm
Friday: 12 noon - 8pm
Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Sunday: 9:30am - 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
