This position is responsible for anticipating guest needs, providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations. Adheres to the company’s standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Processes check-ins and check-outs, creates reservations and process guest requests
• Understands and follows company guest service recovery program
• Monitors room availability, follows all booking policies and procedures
• Follows company procedures when processing financial transactions

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills required
• Familiar with basic computer skills and functions
• Prior guest service experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Maintains predictable and reliable attendance

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis
• Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods
