This position will include answering phones, customer service and various other duties related to customer service. Applicants must be comfortable working with patients. Additional qualifications include excellent communication skills, computer literacy, Dentrix software experience and the ability to multitask in a busy, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle patient billing questions, assist patient with insurance claims,
• Answer telephones, post charts, filing
• Navigate a database to retrieve information for patients
• Provide general information about the company and its products or services (if applicable).
• Process payments from Insurance, patients
• Make patient appointments

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Common surfaces are sanitized daily, vaccinations are recommended however, not required by patients.
