Urgently Hiring for 1st Shift! Weekly Pay! Great Benefits!

Primary job function:

Research invoices that were initially rejected by our 3rd party pay agent. This could include reviewing imaged documents, calling other plants in the network, speaking with accounting and/or shipping personnel to verify who should have been billed for trucking, correct the paperwork, and re-upload to our pay agent.

Requirments:

1. Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)

2. Knowledge of Logistics such as LTL carriers and TL carriers.
2. Customer Service oriented
3. Able to work alone (without constant supervision)
4. Accounts Payable Experience
5. Technically sound (ability to use various office equipment and software/hardware)
6. Detail Oriented / Accurate
