Bethany of the Northwest has our own Certified Nursing Assistant training program. We are looking for 14 students for our next class starting January 17, 2023. On your first day with the program students can apply to be a Nurse Assistant - Registered and be working as they complete the program before taking their state test. In addition, students can start immediately as a Hospitality Aid.
This program is lead by Leigh Hall, Director of Training, an RN with 23 years experience who has been teaching CNA training programs for 5 years.
We are currently looking for Students for our Nursing Assistants Training program. * We will pay for your NAC program*(tuition and supplies), your clinical hours as well as license and testing fees that occur.
Bethany of the Northwest is a non-profit icon of the Everett healthcare industry for nearly 100 years. We have 3 Skilled Nursing Facilities, Pacific, ETCS and one Assisted Living in Silver Crest located in Everett, WA.

All of our facilities maintain a very consistent census which means we rarely have to adjust staffing due to low census meaning you can count on a consistent paycheck. We have both short term and long-term care units at the facility so you can work in your preferred environment.
Apply to one of our facilities as a hospitality aid and have a secured spot in our training program, or apply directly to our training program and work as an NA-R after the 5 weeks. After successful completion of the training program and all the requirements of onboarding with the company you will be eligible to register to take the WA State Certified Nursing Assistant written and skills test. Upon passing, as a Bethany employee, you will receive a* $500 BONUS. In addition, after 90 days of working as a CNA, you will receive a $1000 retention BONUS!*
The actual Nursing Assistant Training Program will include: Theory and Lab Skills 60 hours, Clinical Time 45 hours. Clinicals are supervised by staff RN's at our facilities.
(Note: You will not be reimbursed for the hours of studying theory. You will not be asked to, nor allowed to perform any clinical skill on patients or residents until first demonstrating the skill satisfactorily to the instructor in the practice setting).

We are currently hiring for all shifts; days 6am -2pm, evening/swing 2pm-10pm and nights 10pm-6am (with shift differential). We have a full-time 21 day rotation, part-time with one Friday-Sunday weekend required a month, and on-call. We have three levels of care in our 4 facilites. Assisted Living, Transitional Care and Nursing Home.

Training Program Qualifications:

• No previous healthcare experience necessary!

Schedule:

• Class hours 9:30AM - 2:30PM
• 5 week program
• 48 hours of Paid Clinicals $17/hour

Upon acceptance to the program you can work as a Hospitality Aid and continue with NA-R and NA0C with the following pay scale:

• Hospitality Aid Pay $17/hour
• NAR Pay $18/hour
• CNA Pay starts at $19/hour
• $500 BONUS to employee once state written and skills tests passed
• $1000 BONUS to CNA's after 90 days of employment

All new students and hires must have proof of COVID 19 vaccination.
