In the Fraud Risk Business Management Office (BMO), the Business Management Associate will interact with colleagues across all our teams, as well as our technical and business partners. Our role is to support all team members by monitoring project tracking and controls. The BMO is responsible for preparing a cohesive view of the work our Fraud Risk teams are performing and deliver professional reporting to our CCB Risk management and line of business stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Fraud Risk product owners, project managers, business analysts, technology leads and architects on project tracking, data quality, dashboards, and other reporting.
• Partner with Agility Office and various Communities of Practice to stay informed on new and upcoming changes in the agile environment.
• Monitor and maintain projects using JIRA project management tool. Collaborate with area product owners to ensure documentation is kept evergreen.
• Coordinate dependency management activities and resolve issues; support key progress reporting and escalation process in support of product wide roadmap
• Coordinate and lead effective meetings, publishing minutes and action items as appropriate
• Prepare and deliver executive level presentations and communicate effectively with senior management
• Act as a culture carrier by coordinating / supporting diversity and inclusion activities and employee engagement events and celebration

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product knowledge of consumer businesses, within a matrixed organization
• Understanding of Agile methodology, preferably as part of a large scale product framework
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Office
• Broad base of technology and operations knowledge, including risk and controls
• Outstanding communication, presentation and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

The following additional items will be considered but are not required for this role

• Experience / knowledge of fraud risk
• Experience with developing business cases using financial models
