What does a successful Fraud/Risk Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will work to identify and eliminate fraud and credit losses to Fiserv and our clients, reviewing a high volume of risk alerts to identify potentially high risk/suspicious merchant processing activity to protect the firm against financial loss.

What you will do:

• Work in a fast-paced environment reviewing a high volume of risk alerts to identify potentially high risk/suspicious merchant processing activity to protect the firm against financial loss.
• Make real time decisions to properly identify situations that require deeper investigation with the ability to identify emerging fraud trends while also identifying false positive alerts that require no additional action.
• Coordinate risk mitigation and fraud remediation efforts with other areas of the business such as Funding, Legal, Operations, Client Services, etc.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external partners to present high risk activity with recommended and/or required actions.
• Engage in projects/initiatives to further enhance alerting processes for the firm.

What you will need to have:

• Associates’ degree with prior work experience.
• Experience using Excel on a daily basis.
• Must be available to work one weekend day as part of your set schedule.

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor’s degree. (Business, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, etc.)
• Experience with MasterCard and Visa Association rules and regulations.
• Customer Service experience with track record of dealing in adverse situations.
