Job description
Position Summary
- Job is an individual contributor.
- Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and make log entries, refill batteries.
- Calibrate dock scale.
- Put ramps on trailers and engage dock locks, verify wheel chocks.
- Unload combos in push back racks.
- Receive, inventory and sign for plant supplies.
- Remove pallets of finished product from drive thru racks in -10 freezer and place in trailers.
- Maintain a clean work area, dock, freezer, cooler and outside dock areas.
- Work in cold environment.
- This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
