We are looking for Forklift Operators to operate equipment, tend machines, and maintain production line functions to ensure continuous and efficient line operation

Essential Functions:

• Transport slabs while maintain safety and taking all of the precaution.
• Report any slabs movement to and in the finished goods warehouse or shipping yard using a mobile terminal; receiving, allocation, moving, issuing, etc…
• Move slabs with forklift or overhead crane from receiving warehouse (polish department to the finished goods warehouse or delivery).
• Collecting slabs to delivery by packing list according to PP&C customers and distribute orders and delivery planning.
• Move slabs to delivery; Container, Truck, and Train.
• Keeping slabs quality and delivery them under quality control assurance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy responsibility.
• Making an on-going, monthly and yearly inventory physical counts.
• Operate an 11k forklift to relocate materials for assembly of the crates; secure slabs in crates; and move bundle to transport trailer.
• Assemble partially prefabricated crates made of wood and metal; secured with ¾ inch bolts.
• Maintain a clean working environment (Ensure area of operation is free of dust, debris, waste and trash)
• Operate computerized batch mixing equipment, receiving and load out equipment, and add micro ingredient addition.
• Maintains inventory at desired levels to ensure proper ingredients are on hand for mixing.
• Monitors feed to ensure quality of final product is consistent and of high quality.
• Evaluate and report the need for changes, upgrades and or repairs to the Feed System Team Lead.
• Add chemicals, solutions, or ingredients to machines or equipment as required by the manufacturing process.
• Regularly Check and record sand humidity levels.
• Remove and clean residual materials and magnets from the previous production process, cleaning and return of materials to the warehouse from silos and launching pits.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• 2 Years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a Manufacturing/Industrial Plant

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions.
• Must be able to write reports as needed.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator
