Service Greeter/Valet [Porter]
The service greeter will be assisting customers who are bringing their vehicles in for various service appointments. This is a fast-paced position in a busy environment. The Greeter also works directly with the Service Advisors and Service Manager.
Job Description
- Greet customers at their vehicle in the service drive
- Check mileage and confirm the appointment details
- Walk customer to the Advisor area to finish check in process
- Assist in completing loaner/rental contracts for customers while vehicle is here
- Answer and return phone calls
- Handle cash, debit and credit transactions at check out
- Prepare work orders for the next day
- Other responsibilities assigned by management
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
- This position may require up to 10% travel

- Valid driver's license, with good driving record.
