The newly renovated Hotel Moraine (formerly Sunset Motel) is hiring!

We are a 20 room boutique hotel located on the Long Island Sound. Featuring a private beach and additional high-end amenities, we are looking for passionate staff interested in providing next-level customer service.

Job requirements include: preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and cleaning up after service. This position requires a keen eye for detail and an ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, a passion for cooking, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Ensure that all food items are stored properly and safely.
• Check food quality and freshness.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling food.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as blenders, mixers, dishwasher, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greenport, NY 11944: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
