The role of the F&B Administrative Assistant

Perform administrative duties supporting the Food & Beverage Division of the hotel. The F&B Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Food and Beverage managers, supervisors, and line level staff, including assisting F&B Manager with the creation of presentations and other deliverables that arise throughout the season. Assist with payroll including: time punches, and tips/service charge logs. Create and receive purchase orders, including assisting with monthly beverage inventories and departmental asset inventories.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.
  • Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including Micro Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
