Our company is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage the staff and organize team activities.
• Ensure that food quality, service, and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Oversee the operation of all F&B to include, restaurant, catering, meetings, breaks and kitchen on property.
• Manage the budget and financial affairs of the establishment.
• Oversee and plan marketing activities for the establishment.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Drive sales through local marketing and improving reputation.
