Long Cove Club is seeking a full-time Back Server/Waiter to join our team for our Hilton Head Island Premier Private Country Club. We are seeking a hardworking, personable, and detail-oriented individual to support our Clubhouse Operations. This position is the nucleus of our Clubhouse operations and works closely with the front and back of the house to deliver unreasonable hospitality to our Members and guests.

Back Server/Waiter Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison, communicating between the FOH and BOH to ensure exceptional hospitality is provided to our Members
- Ensures all aspects of food presentation and plate integrity are up to the LCC standards
- Delivers meals in a timely and efficient manner
- Clear and bus tables to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas of the dining operations
- Fulfills member requests
- Assist team members as necessary
- Support setup and breakdown of dining rooms
- Other duties as assigned
Back Server/Waiter Requirements
- Honest and dependable
- Positive attitude toward teamwork
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Desire to learn and grow
- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.
- This position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and with proper lighting to an outdoor setting with variable climate and lighting.
