Floor Tech/ Housekeeping (Sterling, VA)

Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center is looking for a Floor Tech to join our exceptional team of caregivers.

The Floor Tech Responsibilities - Some outside work may be assigned such as trash pick-up on the grounds. They must have the ability to follow instructions. Some previous experience is preferable, but on-site training is provided. They must be able to work in a health care environment and conduct themselves appropriately.

What is the Floor Tech Primary Role?

• Provide clean and safe environment for patients, residents, visitors, and staff.
• Provide laundry and linens for patients and residents.
• Promote and demonstrate a Service Excellence culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Do you have what it takes to be a Floor Tech?

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to move furniture such as beds, dressers, etc. as needed.
• Must be able to deal with patients in their rooms and understand that the Housekeeper is in residents’ home.
