Clean Sweep Facilities Management Holdings, LLC is looking for seasoned Flooring Installation Technicians in Louisville, CO and surrounding areas who are professional, proficient, efficient, and reliable to fill numerous work orders for our commercial clients. We are a preferred provider with our National Partners who utilize our hired contractors to work on many different projects for our commercial clients. If you are looking to add another stream of income for yourself or business we will be able to be provide you with a supplemental income. We currently are in several states and maintain exterior and interior commercial properties to include Amazon Warehouses, Walgreens, UPS, Fedx, Ross Stores, Walmarts, Sams Clubs, Fergusons, Burlington Stores, and Tractor Supply. We are also growing our affordable housing division for our tradesmen contractors to participate in which is exciting as we continue to expand.
Serious applicants will have strong maintenance and repair skills, professional manner, a commitment to excellence, and ability to transition from one type of job to another with ease.
Flooring Installer Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Flooring Installer to join our company. You will lay down a variety of floor materials based on our client’s specifications, including wood, vinyl, linoleum, and tile. Other job duties include demolition and removal of existing flooring, transporting materials and equipment, cleaning and preparing the floor surfaces, and applying epoxies and solvents when necessary. Our company works with large and small residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You must be proficient in using standard hand and power tools and familiar with different aspects of flooring installation. We prefer candidates with experience in carpet installation, carpentry, or concrete work.
Flooring Installer Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess work sites to determine possible issues and make recommendations accordingly
- Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old hardware like screws and bolts
- Use hand and power tools to install flooring materials according to client specifications
- Work alongside other installers while emphasizing safety and efficient use of time and materials
- Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest possible standards of work
Flooring Installer Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED certificate
- Prior experience as a flooring installer or completion of a relevant apprenticeship (strongly preferred) - At least 5 Years experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds
- Keen attention to detail
*Must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred) and a valid driver license
*Must be able to accurately assess and price/bid jobs with necessary detail (labor, materials & required equipment, if applicable)
*Must own substantial set of tools to complete projects such as:
Typical jobs have 2-4 hour minimums and can run up to multiple days, depending on client needs. Dispatch will discuss work orders that best fit your determined skill-set, availability and geographic location/area and then assign you work daily/weekly.
Qualified applicants must have ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers and dispatch, to accurately describe the suggested course of action, scope of work, estimated time frame to complete the work and any additional special considerations needed to best fulfil the request.
We have a significant amount of commercial work order requests for the Louisville, CO and surrounding area and can provide steady work for contractors who prove to be competent, professional, available, and reliable. With a positive performance in the first 90-days of becoming a provider contractor, additional opportunities for advancement and an increase in hourly pay will be offered.
Starting pay range of $25-$40 per hour, depending upon experience. Semi-monthly pay dates on the 1st and 15th of each month.
