FLOATING POSITION, MUST BE WILLING AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO TRAVEL TO CHINO, UPLAND, ONTARIO AND CORONA

No Experience Necessary! This is a great opportunity to get into property management. We are willing to train, you just need the right personality.

The perfect candidate for this position will approach each day with enthusiasm and energy. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents. Will utilize sales and marketing techniques and experience to maintain high occupancy and closing ratio. Communication and people skills are an essential trait of a stellar leasing consultant. Love to meet new people and eager to present the community and company to prospective residents.

• Other duties:* Meets and greets prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.* Organizes and presents office hospitality and marketing material* Processes rental applications and qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.* Accurately enters rental data into the computer.* Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new residents.* Assists in completion of monthly and weekly reports* Keeps paperwork organized and files complete* Assists in maintaining zero delinquency, posts monthly rent checks and sends out 3-day notices and late notices* Interacts with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.
• Qualifications: Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential!* Organized, reliable, punctual.* Fast learner and eager to take on new responsibilities.* Eagerness to grow within the company* Works well as a team but also practices good time management and can work alone when needed* Professional etiquette in speech and appearance is essential!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
