Our House Inc. is seeking Floating DSP's for our Residential Programs. The Floating DSP will be required to work in any of the following towns within our Residential Group Homes: Basking Ridge, Berkeley Heights, Bound Brook, Bridgewater, Millington, Livingston, Summit, and Westfield.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching social skills, money skills, travel trainings, safety skills and self-advocacy Community integration
• Medication administration
• Personal grooming and hygiene
• Recreation
• Behavioral Supports

Floating Counselor Requirements:

• Required to work at least 8 shifts per month (64 hours), but no more than 14 shifts (112 hours) per month. 32 hours per bi-weekly pay period (Two 8 hour shifts a week)
• Requirement of working one weekend shift.
• Approval is required to work more than 112 hours per month.
• Floating Counselors are not permitted to deny more than three (3) shifts per months.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Computer literate (e-mail, web, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel)
• *New Jersey driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
