Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation’s Fleet Department is searching for a Dispatcher in the Lake Forest, CA area. The Dispatcher ensures the assignment, sourcing, and logistics of organization's vehicles and equipment are being handled in a timely manner. This is a fully on-site role.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Ensure processes are followed and all equipment management systems are updated timely and accurately.
• Analyze life cycle and utilization rates making recommendations on replacement, addition and/or sale of assets as needed.
• Follow procedures for acquisition and divestiture of fleet assets including on-road and off-road equipment.
• Monitor equipment orders are filled in a timely manner from start to finish.
• Maintain owned fleet asset utilization.
• Interact with Field Operations to fill project needs.
• Ensure data systems are updated timely and accurately.
• Audit equipment statuses regularly.
• Maintain compliance to all Company policies and practices as well as any government regulations (Insurance, Registration, DOT, etc.).

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in fleet management and equipment operations
• Familiar with a variety of the field operations’ concepts, practices, and work procedures.
• Ability to follow instruction and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Think and act strategically carrying out long-term plans to meet operational needs and departmental goals.
• Sound knowledge of computer software such as Access, Excel,

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the equipment rental industry preferred.
• Experience with ViewPoint, P-Vault software preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 annually depending on experience.
