Responsibilities

• Reporting to Fleet Manager, oversee vehicle care and maintenance for a fleet of approximately 200 vehicles in the Los Angeles market, including prep of vehicles going out to productions, inspections, coordination of maintenance, inventory management, and monitoring of vehicles for service needs
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager on vehicle scheduling and ensure seamless execution of vehicle loans to entertainment productions.
• Conduct proper inventory and record keeping of vehicle loans.
• Interact with suppliers on all vehicle needs, including repairs, maintenance, transportation, etc.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 1-3 years’ experience in an automotive role
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and seamlessly handle changes on the fly while remaining friendly and courteous
• Willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with respect to vehicle needs
• Flexible, committed and punctual
• Ability to work in an environment that is not climate-controlled required
• Proficiency with Mac and MS Office required
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle required
