Job description
Summary

Responsible for receiving and entering first reports into claim system and sending associated correspondence for the No-Fault and Liability Claim Departments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Index mail.

  • Input new losses into STG Claims System.

  • Complete ISO claim searches.

  • Send claim correspondence.


    • Other Duties

    Overtime required periodically.

    Qualifications

  • Insurance Claims Knowledge; a basic understanding of the type of claims generated from a car accident.

  • Ability to read a police report.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills.

  • Ability to handle high call volume.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability to use imaging system.

  • Work well in a team environment.
