Fire Drill Conductor/Service Representative (Brooklyn, NY)
Job description
Provide clients with Fire and Life Safety code compliance
Essential Functions:
- Assisting and conducting drills
- Maintain a portfolio of Buildings
- Schedule and assist the building in conducting Fire Drills
- Schedule and assist building in conducting Evacuation Drills
- Upon conclusion of assorted drills, critique drills with staff
- Make notification of existing deficiencies within the building
- Schedule and perform Fire Safety Training
- Schedule and perform Emergency Action Plan Training (Non-Fire Emergencies)
- Assist clients in the preparation of their Fire and Safety Plan
- Review the buildings Comprehensive Fire and Life Safety Plans
- Gather information relating to Fire Protection Systems within the building
- Performs other related duties as assigned and/or requested
- Review and inspect for accuracy all logbooks and building records
