A Strasburg manufacturing company is in need of finishers in the air department!
This is a great local job here in Strasburg, OH! They have over 56 years of manufacturing experience specializing in fabrication! We will train anyone, but you must be willing & able to learn the following:

• assemble as to prints: light boxes, ladders, air lines, grote electric (plug & play system) fenders - some parts are cut to fit, be able to custom fit premade hose tubes & hose trays using air tools like drills, grinder, etc.
• read a tape measure
• read & understand basic blueprints
• follow electrical & air schematics as per print

Welding is not required but it is a plus. You must be willing to learn the basic skills of welding

This is a day shift, M-Th 6am-4:30 with possible overtime on Friday from 6-11am.
The starting rate is $21.75/hr with a $1.00/hr increase after 90 days.

Available immediately once hired:
7 paid holidays
PPE provided: welding gloves, welding sleeves, welding coats, safety glasses, etc.
You may purchase a welding helmet at company cost on a 4-week payment plan

Once hired, & after a 90 day probationary period (time with Mancan counts):
100% paid uniforms twice per year
company paid steel toed shoe allowance, up to $125 per year
medical, 3 plans to choose from
vision, & prescription safety glass reimbursement, up to $150
company paid life insurance
voluntary life insurance
short-term & long-term disability
1 week paid vacation! Goes up after each year of service
loyalty bonus: .50/hour additional after 1-3 years, $1/hr additional after 3-5 years & $1.50/hr additional after 5 years or more.
Attendance bonus: $600 per quarter & $2,000 at the end of the year!
