Position Summary:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Program Manager is responsible for company financial and business objectives through strategic planning and decision-making support and will provide insights to business decision making. This individual will support the Company’s financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and revenue analysis.

Essential Functions:

• Provides financial consulting and strategic support to the executive leadership team including financial presentations, new business opportunities, and other projects requested by senior management

• Develops and analyzes budget and financial forecast processes

• Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations

• Reviews business unit and consolidated segment financial results and compare to budget

• Develops forecast models and present to finance leads and management

• Performs variance analysis of account activities

• Participates in the preparation of monthly reporting, including reporting package for CEO and parent company, and monthly financials for market leads

• Completes special projects, analysis, and reporting as requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills and ability to learn department and job specific software systems

• Experience with SQL Server, and Power BI reporting, preferred

• Ability to sort through complex issues, make appropriate, timely decisions, and communicate decisions to others

• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Exceptional presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5-7 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Health Care industry

• Home office that is HIPAA compliant for all remote or telecommuting positions as outlined by the company policies and procedures.
