Role:

· Candidate will work within DA Finance team to submit billing into third party site as well as be a contact point between sales team and corporate support departments. Candidate will assist sales to escalate and resolve various issues to move business forward. Research and resolve delays in product delivery, customer credits and resolve blocks placed against sales orders.

Job Functions:

· Submit invoicing into Oracle billing sites for Direct Builder channel.

· Manage remittances by assisting Credit and Collections with applying payments to correct invoices.

· Run daily unshipped order report to identify blocked orders.

· Work with sales team and support teams to resolve and have blocks released to allow order to ship.

· Research unpaid customer claims and work to collect required documentation to allow claim to be paid and sent to customer.

· Identify product on a delivery order but has not yet shipped and work to resolve any issues.

Skills:

· Excellent communications skills including Outlook email

· Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within company

· Microsoft Office: must be proficient in Excel

· Identify issues by analyzing data.

· Resolve issues via Samsung established processes.

· Work independently and team environment to achieve team goals.

· Good time management and follow up skills to meet deliverables.

· SAP knowledge a plus

Education & Experience:
