WHO WE ARE:
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!

DO YOU ENJOY:
- Working on your own cars? OR
- Working with various tools? OR
- Being trained to learn a new skill?
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
- Performing final finishing work with hand or air-operated tools, needle scalers, impact
wrenches, air chippers or grinders
- Installing hydraulic components
- Some welding (for advanced technicians)
- Assisting stagers to deliver/remove work from area
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
Weekend Alternative Shift works Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Our starting wage is an hourly rate of $16.00 to $26.50 per hour, based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate. That’s for everyone…it doesn’t matter what your specific job is…. if you’re a top performer, you can get to top performer pay!
