Position Overview:
This position supports our Service Department at Groove Subaru in Englewood, Colorado. The clerk will organize and file certain company documents and records like invoices, receipts, and forms. Their main duties include collecting documents from departments, developing effective document storage and filing system, and digitizing hard copies of documents.
Who You Are:

  • You have 1+-year of professional office experience
  • Represent the business well by demonstrating sound knowledge of the products and services offered
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
  • You are detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • You are a self-starter with effective time management and organizational skills
  • You possess a positive attitude while working in a team environment, as well as independently when required
  • You are motivated by learning new skills
  • Experienced using computers, fax, phones, copiers, etc.
  • Essential Functions: *
  • Review all paperwork to ensure completeness
  • Sort all paperwork alphabetically or numerically, depending on the content
  • Create and update files
  • Develop an efficient filing system to make updating files easier
  • Handle personnel requests for access to files and keep a detailed record of borrowed files
  • Follow policies on confidentiality to safeguard customer information
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
