This position will provide administrative support to the Payroll Department. A variety of clerical duties will be performed daily.

Schedule

This is a temporary (3 months~) full time, in office position. There is a possibility of renewing monthly after the initial 3 month term. There is no Remote/Work from Home capability for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• File physical documents
• Create and maintain accurate employee files
• Maintain weekly filing system to stay on top of work tasks
• Archive physical documents and label boxes for storage
• Assist with other organizational tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a larger team
• Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 40 pounds

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience working in an office environment
• Experience in a role maintaining high levels of confidentiality and sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Raleigh, NC 27606: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
