Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a File Clerk to join our Administrative team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The role will report to the General Manager and work in our location branch.

As a File Clerk, you will...
- Check incoming paperwork and makes copies before distributing.
- Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates and significance.
- Create and update records with new files and information.
- Store all paperwork in designated folders, securing the important documents.
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system via data entry or scanners.
- Complete all requests to access files and keeps logs of borrowed papers.
- Develop an efficient filing system.
- Follow all state and federal regulations and company policies and safeguards data and information.
- Monitor inventory of files and office supplies.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Knowledge of filing systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment, including photocopiers and scanners
- Great attention to detail
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational skills
