Job Description:

Seeking a Field Service Technician with good mechanical knowledge and a desire to learn. Prior commercial beverage/coffee equipment and refrigeration repair experience is a plus! We work on Bunn, Wilbur Curtis, and Fetco coffee and tea equipment. We also work on Bunn Ultra 2’s and NX machines. Technicians will utilize their own vehicle and tools to travel to the customer locations and provide necessary service (i.e., installations, reactive repair services, equipment refurbishment, and preventive maintenance).

Coffee Equipment Repair Service LLC is experiencing rapid growth in the Tampa, Ft Myers, and Orlando areas, which has created an immediate need for multiple Field Service Technicians. For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of a young company with huge growth potential. This is a part-time position to start with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. We will grow and expand the business together!

Job Requirements:

• Perform field service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance on commercial beverage equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions on equipment such as ice machines, fountain dispensers, frozen beverage dispensers, coffee brewing systems, and cappuccino/espresso equipment
• Maintain parts/machine inventory to effectively respond to customer calls for service
• Accurately report daily activities for invoicing and tracking
• Ability to submit accurate paperwork in a timely manner
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to read wiring diagrams & schematics
• Enjoys working independently with minimal direct supervision and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours
• MUST have a valid driver’s license w/ an acceptable motor vehicle record (Required), own tools, and have a dependable vehicle
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Working conditions require driving to and from job site locations using your own vehicle/tools
• Working conditions may vary depending on the type of call and location
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder (if needed)
• Frequent standing, driving, walking, stooping, and kneeling, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, hands, and fingers

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
