Job description

We are looking to expand our Tech Department in North Dakota! Charitable Gaming Distributors provides graphically enhanced Electronic Pull-Tab or Electronic Bingo systems to charitable gaming markets running on modern Windows based computer systems. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent problem solving and customer service skills then this is the position for you.

The following is a list of duties that would be included in the scope of the position:

- Field/Road Service Required

- Valid Driver's license with Operating Vehicle - Vehicle Allowance Provided

- Installs or assists service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user's premises

- Loads and configures specified operating systems and software packages on computers

- Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation

- Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems

- Instructs users in use of equipment, software, and manuals

- Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems

- Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups

- Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication

- Replaces defective or inadequate software packages

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus bonus structure. Vehicle and Phone Allowance as well as company credit card for gas and miscellaneous expenses.
