Field Sales and Marketing Specialist

While working independently across our campuses, our Field Sales and Marketing Specialist is very much a part of the team and solution. This role requires extensive travel to any of our Pennsylvania and Frederick, Maryland campuses, including overnight travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responds to all new inquiries timely (speed to lead), conducts sales discovery, schedules, prepares and completes visits for prospective residents and their family members for levels of care available on campus (independent and assisted living/personal care, memory care, SNF if assisting at the skilled nursing center and any specialty programs offered)
- Manages the CRM database for assigned portfolio or campus timely and efficiently. This includes attentiveness to all elements of the dashboard in order to maintain campus contact expectations with prospects and influencers via personalized follow-up.
- Manages the assessment through admission process and will partner with all campus and home office co-workers and departments to ensure sales and marketing success and a positive transition of each new resident to the operations and clinical team.
- Uses marketing tools to complete quarterly sales and marketing plan and competitive market analysis for an assigned campus or cluster, as needed, for differentiation of our campus/organization and support of key business decisions on positioning in the marketplace
- Is responsible for achieving the minimum number of permanent sales or reservations assigned for the campus per month and for increasing occupancy and revenue on campus
- Successfully meets or exceeds budgeted occupancy and bed mix for an assigned portfolio or a campus requiring coverage or support
- Participates in and prepares for scheduled occupancy calls or meetings for an assigned campus
- Represents the organization in a professional manner and partners with other co-workers from various departments to ensure a smooth sales process, work environment and resident transition in alignment with Country Meadows and Ecumenical culture
- Partners with the home office communications and advertising team to coordinate additional exposure for an assigned campus; captures reviews and celebrates the campus experience to advance prospects in the sales cycle
- Assists VP, regional marketing managers, campus marketers and Executive Directors with special assignments and other duties as identified for the portfolio or campus for improved sales and marketing and customer and co-worker outcomes
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Demonstration of our mission, vision and foundation principles and cultural alignment
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience with 3+ years in a sales or senior living campus role with demonstrated success in meeting or exceed sales and revenue goals
- Experience in multiple service lines (independent, assisted living/personal care, memory care and skills nursing) preferred
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written and comfort with various computer applications and software platforms required
- Ability to travel within the entire portfolio—including overnight and multi-day travel, as assigned
- Some evenings or weekends may be required for campus sales support and consumer events
- Truly loves connecting with people, especially seniors
