Job Description:

Makotek is an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable currently looking for qualified Field Retention Agents for Charlotte, NC, Concord, NC, Statesville, NC, and the surrounding areas. Immediate openings are available! Our Field Retention Agents are responsible for driving to the customer’s home in order to either:

• Collect past-due payments and have the customer’s Cable, TV and/or Internet services turned back on.

• Collect equipment provided by Spectrum (e.g. Internet Routers, Cable Boxes, etc) from previous customers.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service.

· Commute to customer’s residence to collect equipment or past-due balances.

· Follow-up with customers when necessary.

· Communicate with the Supervisor/General Manager at all times.

· Be able to use your smart phone to connect to our work-order software.

· Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations.

General Requirements:

· Must have a reliable vehicle.

· Must have insurance for your vehicle.

· Must have an active Driver’s License.

· Sales experience preferred.

Compensation:

· Weekly paychecks!

· Production-based pay-scale.

· Mileage compensation provided.

· Paid vacation days available-$120 per day

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

· A high school diploma or GED is required.

· No work experience is necessary.
