Pay Range: Depending on experience – Base pay plus commissions

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Crop Advisor to join our team in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to develop relationships with key customers and manage the promotion and strategic sales of unique solutions for an industry leader.
Essential Functions
- Build new business through customer acquisition by building new relationships.
- Manage existing accounts, develop and maintain new accounts through successful relationships.
- Promote sales of agricultural solutions to new and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and recommend strategic solutions.
- Develop strategies to meet objectives by understanding the market and identifying opportunities and threats.
- Mobilize the resources of Land View, Inc. in order to execute company initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
· Our Crop Advisors/Account Managers must have experience in, or a knowledge of, production agriculture and selling crop inputs including fertilizer/chemical/seed.
· Ability to work independently and solve problems.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work.
· Must have a valid and current driver’s license.
· Must have a current consultant license with ISDA.

· Prolonged periods standing and walking.
· Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-4 years inside/outside sales experience.
· Excellent Communication skills
· Must be team oriented, and willing to work within a team
· Knowledge of agronomy
- Have a proven track record of success in this field & the local market
Travel Requirements
Some regional travel required.
Job Type: Full-time
