We are seeking a punctual and responsible individual who enjoys operating equipment, specifically a payloader and feed truck.
This person will be responsible for:
Operating the pay loader and feed trucks in a safe manner.Delivering precise rations accurately and efficiently.
Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.
Reporting and recording all feed audits.
Performing basic preventative maintenance, including replacing bits and changing oils and filters.
Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
Mechanical interest and aptitude is beneficial.Understanding of proper bunk management.
Commitment to safety and quality culture.
Ability to use analytical techniques for problem solving, coordination, and decision making.
Driven, organized, action-oriented, analytical, and ability to multi-task.
Individual must be team oriented.
Proven professional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
High attention to detail.
This position requires:
Individual must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally; 25-50 pounds of force frequently; 10-20 pounds of force constantly. Standing and sitting frequently; walking, carrying, lifting/lowering, pushing/pulling, bending, twisting, climbing, crawling, stairs, reaching/handling/grasping, and kneeling/crouching occasionally.
