Job Duties:

• Prep food product for the day.
• Complete money transactions and prepare ice cream.
• Answer questions about menu items, services, and policies.
• Learn hot/cold times and temperatures for each food item.
• Operate kitchen machinery, slicer, mixers, steamtable, fryers, and fryer safety.
• Receive and inspect product in.
• Follow HACCP programs including verification and documentation of product.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain inventory and proper rotation of product.
