Troyer Growers is a multigenerational farming operation specializing in growing large acreage processing potatoes and other rowcrops. We are looking for a new addition to our farm team who is passionate about agriculture and excited to learn about progressive farming techniques and technology.

Responsibilities include:

· Performing field operations during planting, growing, and harvesting seasons

· Maintaining and repairing farm equipment, trucks, and buildings

· Leading and assisting with irrigation

· Driving field trucks during potato harvesting season

· Loading bulk potatoes out of storage

Relevant skills and experience:

· Operation of construction or farm equipment

· Industrial or manufacturing maintenance

· Welding and fabrication

· Electrical/wiring

· Farming background benefits.

*willing to work overtime

*plant science, agronomic background would be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time --the pay rate will be determined based upon experience.
