Good afternoon.
We have spoken a couple of times about jobs in Nevada and other states, and I just learned of a permanent full time need, in rural Humboldt County, for which you may have an interest. It is approximately 2 hours drive from Reno and 4 hours from Salt Lake City.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, for a Family Practice Physician with OB, in a thriving and growing rural market. You would be providing high level care in an ambulatory clinic, seeing adult patients and providing prenatal care along with deliveries. OB/GYN specialists are available for high risk/complicated cases. The chosen candidate will also precept Residents and Students.
The tentative start date is August 7, 2023 or ASAP, and the annual salary range is $300,000 - $400,000 with excellent benefits. You can choose your shift, traditional 5 X 8 hours, 4 X 10 hours, 1 week on/1 week off, etc. It is a full time need.
Requirements include:
- Active, unrestricted NV license or ability to attain NV license
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- BC or truly BE in Family Medicine, with Women's Health Fellowship Preferred
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
