Project Management:

  • Facilitate the successful execution of the Fort Collins Full Facility Maintenance contract between GSA and Heritage Contracting.
  • Oversee the maintenance and administrative staff assigned by Heritage Contracting to the contract in their duties and responsibilities for fulfilling the requirements of the contract.
  • When necessary, provide verbal and/or written warnings to maintenance or administrative staff under this contract when the employee is not acting in accordance with the employee handbook conferring with your direct supervisor before doing so.
  • When necessary, interview and recommend for hiring new contract employees.
  • Work closely with contractors and vendors, remaining up to date on all prices, equipment, and services.
  • Estimate and submit quotes for repairs and any other projects from RFQs provided by GSA to be issued as task orders under this contract.
  • Assist in coordinating subcontractors, facilitating site visits, and meeting with clients on other Heritage Contracting contracts in the Denver Area.
  • Maintain shop in a clean and organized manner including an inventory of supplies.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Must be able to climb a 15 ft. ladder unassisted.
  • Be available after-hours for emergency and crisis situations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • The Project Manager must have at minimum six (6) years of O&M/Facilities Management type experience, with at least 5 years in a project management/supervisory role. The Project Manager’s experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations.

QC Management:

  • Assist in formulating and implementing, as required the written procedures and instructions contained in the quality control plan.
  • Consult with the Superintendent and other pertinent personnel to assure compliance with the quality control requirements of the contract.
  • Coordinate and review for approval contractor-furnished materials and equipment.
  • The QCM will conduct the three phases of control for each definable feature of work with the Superintendent and subcontractor assigned.
  • The QCM or Alternat QCM will be on-site during all periods for which work is being conducted and will prepare and keep on file, all necessary documentation.
  • Experience with Maximo is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
