Job description

The purpose of this job is to supervise and coordinate the maintenance and equipment needs of the facility grounds to ensure a safe, functioning attractive physical environment.

The essential duties and responsibilities include ensuring that the facility grounds are maintained in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations. Ensure that high standards of safety are developed and met. Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare action plans to correct areas in need of maintenance. Check air conditioning and heating units, fire alarms and emergency generator systems conducting tests on them as needed. Evaluate long-term needs in relation to major projects and property improvements. Hire, train and manage the timekeeping schedules of the environmental staff team. Maintain an inventory in compliance with maintenance budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
