Job Summary (2-3 sentences describing job purpose): The Office of L5 Innovation Schools is seeking a dynamic individual with a deep commitment to improving student achievement by supporting teachers and school leaders. Coordinates data-driven actions for the purposes of identifying potential areas of development and optimization. Evaluates, manages, and monitors the effectiveness and status of departmental projects, initiatives, external partnerships, and services in support of the Office of L5 Innovation Schools’ goals and strategic plan. Have the ability to collect and analyze various types of data to inform decisions in schools and at central office. Ability to organize and coordinate professional learning activities. Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reports to: Executive Director of School Support and Improvement (EDSSI)

Job Duty/Resp. 1:
Collaborates with Office of Federal Programs and L5 Office to ensure creative and compliant allocation and spending of funding sources for School Improvement Grant turnaround plans.
Job Duty/Resp. 2:
Conducts root-cause analysis to identify critical variables impacting student achievement.
Job Duty/Resp. 3:
Coordinates with Innovation staff and school teams to provide targeted data support, monitor leading indicators of turnaround, and track progress of Innovation’s success.
Job Duty/Resp. 4:
Develops program evaluation, data collections, and continuous improvement tools; collects and reports information regarding improvements in functionality and effectiveness of programs, external partnerships, spending plans, and initiatives for reporting to stakeholders and use in strategic informed decision making.
Job Duty/Resp. 5:
Coordinates and manages all projects and initiatives in support of the plans, goals, and needs for the L5 Office. Tracks and monitors results of department’s strategic initiatives and projects.
Job Duty/Resp. 6:
Works collaboratively with all stakeholders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to assure alignment and to identify and confirm necessary resources and resolutions of issues; and collaborates with necessary stakeholders to ensure completion in regards to management of vendor quotes, purchase orders, contracts and execution of vendor payment.
Job Duty/Resp. 7:
Develops and compiles project status reports, protocols, project plans, requirements, presentations, and deliverables as required for the Office of L5 Innovations Schools. Coordinates project schedules and identifies and resolves technical problems with external partnerships/vendors and projects/initiatives for the Office of L5 Innovation Schools.
Job Duty/Resp. 8:
Compiles, interprets, and analyzes various measures of individual and aggregate school, programming, and external vendor data for reporting to key stakeholders and grants.
