Exterior Sales Specialist

Essential Functions:
· Lead generation through prospecting, canvassing, referrals, and networking through local associations, trade shows, and conferences
· Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads
· Educating homeowners on Mighty Dog service offerings and differentiating from other service providers and product offerings
· Conducting roof inspections, scoping projects, and generating project estimates
· Assisting homeowners in the insurance claim process and meeting insurance adjusters
· Achieve monthly quota for contracted sales
Requirements:
· Previous sales experience, preferably in home services and/or direct to consumer
· Possess a high-energy magnetic personality with excellent communication skills
· Ability to work independently and perform at an extremely high level
· Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance is helpful, but not required

Work Environment:
Mighty Dog Roofing’s Sales role will be responsible for a variety of both on-site projects and office-related tasks. This role will report directly to the General Manager and local franchise owners.
Position Type/Expected hours worked:
This is a full-time position; some on-site projects are likely to require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical ‘9 to 5’ job. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.

Physical Demands:
