Job description
We are searching for experienced and driven real estate agent who is looking to make a transition to a top-performing real estate company. We are seeking someone with grit and tenacity. Our ideal candidate is hungry, humble, and self-aware. This role requires the ability to be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to provide incredible client care. You will be involved in all aspects of the process of cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads, showing homes, writing contracts, etc.
Magnolia Ridge Realty provides all training and coaching necessary to successfully perform at a high level. A good performer averages $60,000+ in their first year. . Casual dress code and ability to work remotely, on YOUR schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business daily
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls, text and email and facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Willing to learn new markets, mortgage trends, etc.
- Keep up/roll with the changes as we find new and better processes, procedures, and technology for accomplishing our department and company goals
- Come to us with a go-getter work ethic, where you want to accomplish the goals not only for the benefit of our team/company but to grow your income to an unlimited level
- Coordinate home inspections, assist with paperwork and make sure each repair is completed
- Maintain clients file within the back office transaction management portal
- Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
- Schedule key exchanges, closing with title, etc.
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close

Qualifications & Skills

- Candidate *must* have an active Tennessee Real Estate License
- Strong phone voice and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Strong sense of urgency/time sensitivity and excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team oriented, learning-based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed
- Proven inside sales experience preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $58,151.00 - $185,000.00 per year
